It’s always really satisfying when one of the shameless bad guys gets hit with a dose of karma—or, in this case, a big slice of “humble pie.” And who’s the culprit this time? None other than New York’s wildly progressive and out-of-touch governor, Kathy Hochul.

Hochul continues to prove just how wildly out of touch she is—and thankfully, she’s finally starting to face the backlash and get some well-deserved mockery. Who can forget when the nation was reeling from one horrific subway crime after another—including a migrant burning a woman alive—and Governor Hochul had the audacity to take a “victory lap,” pretending crime was under control in the Big Apple?

What a shameful and horrific joke…

CBS 6 Albany: 

New York Governor Kathy Hochul is facing criticism after posting that she was making subways safer just hours after police say a woman was burned to death in a subway car.

Police say at around 7:30 a.m. Sunday, a woman was sleeping in a subway car at a station when a man walked up and lit the woman’s clothes on fire. They say she was pronounced dead at the scene.

A suspect is in custody, and police say the individual came to the United States in 2018 from Guatemala. Police say the suspect stayed at the scene, and was seen sitting on a bench on the platform near the same car. He was later taken into custody while on another train.

Governor Kathy Hochul held a press conference on Wednesday touting statistics that said subway crime was down 42 percent since January 2021. She also announced the completion of the installation of security cameras in every car, adding 250 more National Guard members in the subway system as well.

This adds to the Governor’s subway crackdown and the State’s subway safety plan from March, which she touted on social media on Sunday afternoon

The presser was a disaster and proves that these slithering politicians have no room to gaslight anymore.

Now, Kathy is being force-fed a nice big slice of humble pie, as the Guardian Angels, led by Curtis Sliwa, return to the NYC subways to deal with the soaring violent crime she’s completely ignored and helped to facilitate.

They’re doing the job that Kathy refuses to do: keep NYC citizens safe from bad guys.

Just look at what happened to Daniel Penny, who was forced to protect an NYC subway car full of innocent people because soft-on-crime officials turned their backs on a violent predator and let him roam free among decent citizens. Thankfully, Penny was acquitted of the absurd murder charges, but the real issue is this: Daniel should’ve never been put in that dangerous position to begin with. The city of New York should have locked up that career criminal long ago.

That’s why the Guardian Angels are coming back.

Curtis took to X and showed the kind of common sense and compassion that phonies like liberal Kathy Hochul could never manage to muster up.

Curtis Silwa:

We will never forget our city’s most vulnerable people, who are systemically victims of violence, drug abuse and homelessness. We have to stand up to protect those who cannot defend themselves. Guardian Angels are conducting wellness checks on homeless and emotionally disturbed individuals we encounter. We are providing water to homeless and emotionally disturbed individuals who may be dehydrated and at risk of having an episode. We will be reporting any issues on running trains to the NYPD at stations where they are assigned. Don’t look away from those who are our most vulnerable. We can do better as a city.

This is yet another glaring example of the epic failure of left-wing policies. Kathy Hochul, fully aware that her approach has left a trail of death, violence, and destruction, just laughs it off and tries to gaslight Americans with typical political double-speak. Meanwhile, everyday people are waking up and realizing they have to look out for themselves because politicians like Kathy only care about their donors and their own agendas. The rest of us are just speed bumps in their way, easily fooled and manipulated—or so they think, right?

Not anymore, Kathy. Those days are over. We now see the truth: the people we elect, whose salaries we pay, are either completely incapable of doing their jobs or simply have zero interest in doing them. And if that’s the case, why do we even need these elected losers? We can do better ourselves, can’t we?

The light is on, and these political cockroaches have nowhere left to hide.
