Turns out, a note Cassidy Hutchinson testified under oath that she wrote on January 6th wasn’t actually written by her after all. This bombshell comes courtesy of a handwriting expert—and the person who actually wrote the note.

Let’s not forget, this is the so-called “bombshell” note that Liz Cheney dramatically held up during one of her televised J6 Committee circuses. Once again, totally fake nonsense used to try and paint President Trump in a negative light.

@RepLoudermilk hired a handwriting expert to analyze a note Hutchinson testified under oath she had composed the afternoon of January 6.

Cheney held up the note, which was part of a statement dictated by Mark Meadows for Trump to post as the events of Jan 6 unfolded, during a J6 committee televised performance.

WH lawyer Eric Herschmann immediately disputed Hutchinson’s claim and said he wrote the note.

An expert just confirmed Herschmann’s account.

Cassidy Hutchinson appears to be a pathological liar and perjurer.

Former Trump White House lawyer Eric Herschmann is claiming that a handwritten note regarding a potential statement for then-President Donald Trump to release during the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol was written by him during a meeting at the White House that afternoon, and not by White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson, sources familiar with the matter tell ABC News.

At Tuesday’s Jan. 6 committee hearing, Rep. Liz Cheney displayed a handwritten note which Hutchinson testified she wrote after Trump chief of staff Mark Meadows handed her a note card and pen to take his dictation.

Sources familiar with the matter said that Herschmann had previously told the committee that he had penned the note.

“The handwritten note that Cassidy Hutchinson testified was written by her was in fact written by Eric Herschmann on January 6, 2021,” a spokesperson for Herschmann told ABC News Tuesday evening.

“All sources with direct knowledge and law enforcement have and will confirm that it was written by Mr. Herschmann,” the spokesperson said.

At Tuesday’s hearing, Hutchinson, testifying about the note, said, “That’s a note that I wrote at the direction of the chief of staff on Jan. 6, likely around 3 o’clock.”

“And it’s written on the chief of staff note card, but that’s your handwriting, Ms. Hutchinson?” Rep. Cheney asked.

“That’s my handwriting,” Hutchinson replied.

Hutchinson, a former top aide to Meadows, said that Meadows handed her the note card and a pen and started dictating a potential statement for Trump to release amid the Capitol riot.

Hutchinson also said that Herschmann had suggested changing the statement and to “put ‘without legal authority.'”

In response to Herschmann’s claim, a spokesperson for the Jan. 6 committee said, “The committee has done its diligence on this and found Ms. Hutchinson’s account of this matter credible.

In short, the fraud J6 Committee doesn’t care that their “star witness” is a liar. The only thing they care about is destroying President Trump, by any means necessary.

Gee, how “patriotic” of them…

This is the latest dark turn in this disturbing scandal, and now, many are now wondering if it’s Cassidy who will actually end up behind bars for lying under oath. But that’s not all. Kamala Harris surrogate and disgraced RINO Liz Cheney could also be in some very hot water after it was uncovered that she was holding talks with Hutchinson without the presence of a lawyer.

Though she worked behind the scenes to obtain Hutchinson’s juiciest allegations in 2022, some of which were later found to be false, Cheney never mentioned the backchannel talks with Hutchinson or Griffin in her book “Oath and Honor” about the riot.

And of course, Cassidy follows the typical playbook for these kinds of witnesses. They get a book written for them, and the payments for the dirty deeds are funneled through a publishing house. We’ve seen this time and time again. Here’s Cassidy one year ago, after the piggy bank book “Enough” came out. Notice that Trump-hater Jimmy Kimmel was among the first to promote it. This entire book laundering scam operates like a fine-oiled machine, doesn’t it?

Why does a woman who lied through her teeth have a book deal to begin with? That should’ve been the first red flag. We could put an end to these fake anti-Trump “whistleblowers” if we stopped letting them cash in with phony book deals as payoffs. Shut down that scam, and most of these frauds would slither back under the rocks they crawled out from.

Now, it’s time to hold the real criminals of J6—Cheney and Hutchinson—accountable. They both need to face justice for lying under oath and conspiring behind the scenes. What they did was treacherous and traitorous, and they should be behind bars for it.
