Well, folks, if you’re looking for a glimmer of hope in our weaponized justice system, you’ve come to the right place. After so much injustice and watching decent Americans be treated like North Korean political prisoners, it seems the tide might finally be starting to turn. The case making waves and potentially signaling this shift is the absurd “fraud” case out of New York City, where two regime stooges—Letitia James and Judge Arthur Engoron—are on a mission to destroy President Trump for personal and political gain. These two clowns, clearly suffering from terminal Stage 5 TDS, seem to have taken their marching orders straight from the regime, doing everything within their power—and beyond—to stick it to Trump. This case is not only a monumental embarrassment to the legal system but also stretches the limits of any reasonable interpretation of justice, reaching far beyond what the law was ever intended to uphold.

The good news is that President Trump is fighting this injustice, and his day in appellate court went very well—judging by the level of frustration from the judges, who openly questioned why this ridiculous case was even brought to trial in the first place.

Needless to say, Team Regime took a hefty blow.

While it’s definitely a pro-Trump take from a hardcore supporter—not an attorney—what he says lines up with reports and video showing that the appellate judges were confused and annoyed as to why this case was even brought to trial in the first place.

MAGA is rejoicing, believing that the “fraud” case will be “nuked.” But let’s not get ahead of ourselves; there’s still a long road to go.

But yes, the signs are pointing to a possible big win for President Trump.

Consumer protection law is designed to protect the public from unscrupulous business schemes. It was never intended to make state bureaucrats the arbiter of every transaction between private parties, much less sophisticated financial actors.

That was the distinct message that arose out of last week’s appeals court hearing in state Attorney General Letitia James’ unabashedly politicized civil fraud case against Donald Trump.

As readers will recall, Judge Arthur Engoron, an elected Democratic hack in a robe, ordered the former president to pay nearly half a billion dollars in fraud damages … despite the total absence of fraud victims.

James may edge out her fellow progressive Democratic Trump tormentor, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, for what we might call the Lavrentiy Beria Award — named for Stalin’s most notorious Soviet secret police chief, who coined the phrase, “Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime.”

Having campaigned for office promising that, if elected, she would find a way to wield her powers against the Democrats’ archnemesis, James did the unprecedented: She invoked against Trump a consumer protection statute — Executive Law §63(12) — enacted to protect the public from “persistent fraud” practices.

And now, the Supreme Court of the United States is preparing to enter the fray, and that could be very good news for President Trump. After all, his last showdown at the High Court resulted in a huge victory when the justices affirmed that “Presidential Immunity” is indeed a thing. It’s absurd that this even needed to be debated, but that’s the kind of upside-down world the left has created.

The Supreme Court is leaving a gap in its schedule to deal with Trump-related challenges this term, a former prosecutor has said.

Those would include the former president’s election-fraud case in Washington, D.C., and challenges to the result of the 2024 election if Trump loses, Joyce Vance wrote.

Trump was indicted in Washington, D.C., on four counts of allegedly working to overturn the results of the 2020 election in the run-up to the January 6, 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol. He has pleaded not guilty and has said the case is part of a political witch hunt.

Reviewing the court’s upcoming cases in her legal blog, Civil Discourse, on Sunday, Vance wrote that there is clearly a gap in the Supreme Court’s schedule to allow for Trump appeals.

“The Court’s docket has been lighter than usual—they’re saving room. Even with the addition of fifteen cases late last week following the Court’s long conference, where it evaluated around 2,000 petitions and other motions, there is still room on the Court’s calendar for what they must know is coming,” Vance added.

Vance wrote she believes that potential Trump challenges include “round two of the presidential immunity appeal he hopes will prevent him from facing a jury in Washington, D.C.”

That is regarding Trump’s election-fraud case in Washington, D.C. The Supreme Court ruled on July 1 that the Republican presidential nominee had broad immunity from prosecution. As a result, prosecutor Jack Smith created an entirely new indictment and released his evidence against Trump on October 2.

Vance wrote she believes that, depending on how Washington, D.C., trial judge, Tanya Chutkan, deals with the new indictment, either side is likely to take a Supreme Court challenge.

Obviously, we don’t know the final outcome yet, but there is hope. It’s encouraging to finally see a glimmer of light at the end of the dark and tyrannical DOJ tunnel. It felt like this case (and others) may be lost to left-wing radicals and activist judges, but as we move up the chain of command, there’s hope that some semblance of justice may still exist.
