These days, celebrities and politics mix about as well as oil and water. Americans have grown so disenchanted with the shallow, vapid Hollywood culture that even the most easily influenced dullards are starting to roll their eyes at out-of-touch celebrities trying to tell them how to live their lives. But there’s one celebrity who still holds a tight grip on her fans: Taylor Swift, arguably one of the most overrated singers around. Her fanbase, known as “Swifties,” tends to follow her every move and word like gospel. It’s about one cheesy song away from being a cult.

Taylor, who once claimed she’d stay out of politics, has now fully embraced the progressive agenda. She’s out there endorsing and supporting left-wing candidates who offer nothing of substance to the working class in this country. As an elite herself, it’s no surprise she backs the party of the wealthy and encourages her fans to do the same. Who can forget when she threw her name behind Joe Biden in 2020? It looks like Taylor still can’t pick the “right guy.”

However, we’re starting to see a small crack in that wall. As many wait to see Taylor’s next move—she’ll obviously endorse Kamala—some of her fans are beginning to push back. These fans are turning away from the usual left-wing elitist agenda and instead are rallying behind President Trump, who supports the working class. They’re calling themselves “Swifties for Trump,” and they’re making quite a splash online.

These young Gen Z’ers are challenging the status quo, prioritizing their country and future over cheesy pop songs. Good for them.

It’s great to see some pushback, but let’s not get too excited just yet—these young people aren’t exactly known for showing up at the polls in droves.

Regardless, it’s refreshing to see these young women standing up against the left’s tyrannical hold. That’s no easy task, especially since the left is notoriously vicious when taking down their enemies.

Hindustan Times:

Taylor Swift has not endorsed Trump, though a viral video suggests her fans might support him. Meanwhile, Swifties4Harris, a fan group, backs Kamala Harris. Swifties backing Trump? It’s trending on X. A viral video on X (formerly Twitter) is fueling speculation that Swift’s fanbase might be supporting Donald Trump, suggesting that his presidency could have prevented the recent cancellation of her Vienna concerts due to terror threats. The video’s commentator argues that Trump’s past administration provided global stability, hinting that his leadership will keep Taylor secure. Interesting! because the last time we checked she wanted to “vote him out” of the elections in 2020.

Days after a support group created by Taylor Swift superfans to back Vice President Kamala Harris sparked a stir online, a new trend emerged on August 17 that has left the global fandom divided. Seems like Swift’s fans who are MAGA supporters are now rallying with a “Swifties for Trump” campaign on social media. So far the Cruel Summer singer herself has stayed out of the political spotlight, keeping her endorsement on the down-low.

President Trump is having some fun with the news, playfully sharing AI-generated photos of him and Taylor, just to stir things up and watch the media meltdown.

Of course, right on cue, the left-wing media is having a meltdown, like this freak-out piece from Yahoo News.

The media always reacts this way, coming off like out-of-touch “parents” who don’t get the humor or context behind a funny meme, like they have to scold and “school” everyone. It’s tiresome and weird. We all know President Trump isn’t trying to “fool” anyone into thinking Taylor Swift endorsed him. That’s absurd. He’s just having fun, drumming up some publicity, and sharing a laugh with his supporters. Meanwhile, there’s a real group of “Swifties” supporting President Trump, and maybe the media should focus on them if they want a real, legitimate reason to freak out.
