President Trump’s RNC Convention speech was truly one for the ages. The third time’s a charm—he delivered a speech that was every bit the mark of a great leader. However, not everyone had the chance to see it, thanks to a massive tech outage. Many believe the timing of one of the biggest outages in history was all too convenient. It shut down discussions of Trump’s assassination attempt and silenced the RNC on the night he was accepting the nomination.

What happened may not be a “cyberattack.” It could’ve been an inside job from Crowdstrike. But one thing we do know is that it wasn’t an “update” that went as planned. Of course, there’s no way to definitively prove or disprove such a nefarious theory, but in today’s climate, can you really blame people for being suspicious? Absolutely not.
