With all the current turmoil and the backlash against the Secret Service—especially directed at Biden-appointed DEI director, Kimberly Cheatle—you have to wonder why she’d even show up at the RNC Convention. Her actions, whether due to bungled incompetence or a more sinister motive, put President Trump in grave danger. Her appearance at the RNC, clueless or brazen (or both), definitely turned heads. She was verbally accosted by attendees and politicians alike. Yet, Ms. Cheatle, who apparently has a phobia of “slopes,” dodged any questions and ignored the crowd’s legitimate concerns. Instead, she scurried away like a slimy, inept coward.

Watch as crowds of people, including U.S. Senator Blackburn, confront United States Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle during the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This confrontation follows the tragic incident involving former President Trump that took place on Saturday evening at his rally. People yell at the Secret Service Director, “You owe the people answers!” as she walks away without answering any questions. As the atmosphere was tense, with attendees demanding accountability and transparency regarding the incident

We nearly lost President Trump, all thanks to this woman’s poor decision-making, or worse. We still don’t have all the facts, and right now, nothing should be ruled out or dismissed.
The fact that someone had this angle on President Trump’s head & it was only by chance that Trump lived (moving his head last second) both Alejandro Mayokres & Kimberly Cheatle have blood on their hands, they should immediately be removed from their jobs for our nation’s security pic.twitter.com/TNWP0gSMKK

That was far too close for comfort. The more we learn about the attempted assassination of President Trump, the more suspicious it all seems. Just consider the latest bombshell from the Secret Service. How can anyone hear that and not wonder if this was an “inside job”? At the very least, it seems the Secret Service might be challenging the Keystone Cops for incompetence, thanks to the left’s dangerous—and now deadly—DEI program.
🚨Senator @VoteMarsha just told @DonaldJTrumpJr that the Secret Service confirmed to her, Senator @BasedMikeLee, and @tedcruz that they spotted the shooter at 5:51, confirmed the threat at 5:53, but still allowed President Trump to go on stage at 6pm.
Wow.

Wow is right. And speaking of DEI dangers, we’ve been tracking this worrying trend for a while, especially as it’s unfolding in the collapsing airline industry.
The recent accident in Houston is just the latest noteworthy instance in what a major New York Times investigation this summer determined to be “an alarming pattern of safety lapses and near misses in the skies and on the runways in the USA.” According to internal records of the Federal Aviation Agency, the Times reported that these safety lapses and near misses occurred as a “result of human error.” The Times report further revealed that “runway incursions” of the sort described above have nearly doubled, from 987 to 1732, despite the widespread proliferation of advanced technologies.
A follow-up report by the Times revealed that Austin’s airport alone has experienced so many close calls as a result of air traffic controller error that a pilot proclaimed, “They’re trying to kill us in Austin.” One such incident involved an air traffic controller clearing a FedEx cargo plane to land on a runway just as a Southwest Airlines jet was set to take off on the same runway. The air traffic controller in question said the Southwest jet would take off before the FedEx plane got too close, though the two planes ended up just seconds from colliding, with the FedEx plane skimming less than 100 feet over the Southwest jet, whose 128 passengers had no clue how narrowly they just escaped death.
[…]
Despite the remarkable lack of transparency with respect to such near misses and the air traffic controllers behind them, the Times was able to identify the controller behind this incident as one Damian Campbell, a “Navy veteran and self-published poet.” According to the report, even fellow air traffic controllers were “baffled” by Campbell’s actions. Still more baffling is the fact that Campbell is apparently back on the job. FAA’s policy is not to take disciplinary action against a controller unless he or she is guilty of “gross negligence” or illegal activity.
The Times report does not provide a picture of Mr. Campbell. Such is the extreme reluctance to show an image of Mr. Campbell that the only reference we could find is from a Twitter user who posted a screenshot of the LinkedIn profile of one Damian Campbell who works as an air traffic controller in Austin, Texas. The LinkedIn link has since been scrubbed:

Crash Landing: The Inside Scoop About How Covid and Affirmative Action Policy Gutted Aviation Safety
The House must launch a thorough investigation into this assassination attempt to determine who is responsible and why they failed. After all, if Alec Baldwin can be charged with involuntary manslaughter for the shooting death of his cinematographer, why shouldn’t Ms. Cheatle face the same charges for the death of Corey Comperatore, given the glaring mistakes and bungled decisions that occurred under her watch? This is a matter of accountability and justice, and we stand with the American people in demanding both.
