Bring in lasso legislation naming and holding all those accountable for conspiracy to withhold truth and falsely applying impeachment and charges against Trump. The expense of legal action against all will gum up proceeding and running the country. Legislate to place the nominated persons under restricted and home restraint. Proceed to then try each one at a time in a controlled thorough process. Keep a publishing arm with daily reports to remind the public how democracy can be corrupted and how Government must be scrupulous and ANSWERABLE to those they represent. NOT answerable to DONORS.
