At last, some “right-wing” backbone has shown up to the fight. Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has come up with a clever strategy to counter the regime players in New York, who are unabashedly wielding lawfare against President Trump. He’s not just stepping up; he’s planning to dismantle the Biden regime’s efforts to turn our judicial system into an atomic bomb used against political enemies. And how does he plan to do this? By using the great citizens of Missouri, who he claims are disenfranchised by New York’s attempts to strike Trump from the ballot, thus sabotaging their constitutional right to a free and fair election.

Fox News:

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey announced he is filing a lawsuit against the state of New York for what he called “their direct attack on our democratic process through unconstitutional lawfare against President Trump.”

On Thursday, Bailey said on his podcast, “The Bailey Wire,” that his office would be taking steps to combat illicit prosecutions against the former president.

Bailey said it’s time to restore the rule of law.

“Radical progressives in New York are trying to rig the 2024 election. We have to stand up and fight back,” he exclusively told Fox News Digital.

Bailey said the state’s actions against Trump sabotage Missourians’ right to a free and fair election.

“We have to fight back against a rogue prosecutor who is trying to take a presidential candidate off the campaign trail,” Bailey wrote on X.

Bailey’s office noted that the lawsuit will go straight to the U.S. Supreme Court because it is a state versus state action. His office said it will be titled “Missouri vs. New York.”

Last month, Bailey probed the Justice Department for documents related to any communications with prosecutors connected to the indictments of former President Trump.

“The investigations and subsequent prosecutions of former President Donald J. Trump appear to have been conducted in coordination with the United States Department of Justice,” Bailey alleges, adding that he believes that allegation is demonstrated in part by the move of the third-highest ranking DOJ official, Matthew Colangelo, to the Manhattan DA’s office to help prosecute the criminal case, N.Y. v. Trump.

In addition, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg worked alongside New York Attorney General Letitia James in pursuing civil litigation against Trump, using that experience as a springboard from which to campaign for his current position, Bailey notes.

It’s a smart move by Bailey, and we’re hopeful that more red-state AGs will join this fight. AG Bailey took to X and posted his plan.

Mr. Bailey is spot on, and like we said above, we need more red-state AGs to stand up against this weaponized lawfare if we have any hope of stopping these unconstitutional punishments doled out by left-wing tyrants.

2. Nathan Wade, Fani’s lover, spent 8 hours meeting with the office of the White House counsel; and

3. Matthew Colangelo put in his letter of resignation so he could downgrade and become a lowly assistant DA in Bragg’s NY office to get Trump.

After Republicans won the House and would start investigating the Biden Crime Family.

And on the topic of the escalating lawfare issue in liberal-run New York, it’s not just Trump they’re going after. The same Soros-backed prosecutor who targeted President Trump is now using lawfare to take down a popular conservative magazine, VDARE.

What’s happening to VDARE is reminiscent of something you’d see in Soviet Russia or North Korea. But no, it’s happening in the People’s Republic of Amerika.

The Soros-backed operation is moving at a very worrying speed, knocking presidential hopefuls off their paths and silencing conservative voices at a rapid rate. At the forefront of this Soros army is the radical New York Attorney General, Letitia James. She’s spearheading a baseless crusade against President Trump. But there’s more—James is also targeting a key conservative magazine, VDARE. This magazine is outspoken about the Biden administration’s handling of border security and the so-called “Great Replacement Theory.” Of course, it’s far from just a “theory” at this point; it’s increasingly looking like our stark reality.

I launched VDARE.com on Christmas Eve 1999. So it is perhaps appropriate that, on Good Friday 2024, the anniversary of Christ’s death, I must announce VDARE.com’s crucifixion by New York State’s communist Attorney General Letitia James.

On March 27, 2024, in another of her lightning-fast NYAG James-compliant rulings, New York State Supreme Court Judge Sabrina Kraus held us in Contempt of Court because we have not yet complied (because we were fighting it) with her January 23, 2023 order that we meet NYAG James’ massive and crippling subpoena demands.

Judge Kraus did modify her earlier order to reflect the intervention (much appreciated) of the Institute for Free Speech. So now we no longer have to reveal, explicitly, the names of our pseudonymous writers, some of whom would certainly be fired from their jobs if their identities leaked.

But we are still required to review 40 gigabytes of emails, an enormous amount. And of course these could in fact reveal the names of those pseudonymous writers, as well as our donors, privileged communications with lawyers, etc.

Judge Kraus has also now allowed us to redact these emails. But this is a huge task, which our lawyers estimate could cost as much as $150,000.

An observer tells us this order is more typical of major corporate litigation, not a tiny charity.

And, perversely, although Judge Kraus has now modified her January 23, 2023 order, she is nevertheless now fining us $250 a day for not complying with it.

We have fought NYAG Letitia James, at a cost of up to $1 million, for nearly three years. But now we are literally hanging on the cross.
