There’s a very disturbing trend unfolding in Biden’s upside-down America. Political dissidents—Americans who refuse to conform to the regime—are being targeted, harassed, imprisoned, and even killed. It’s increasingly feeling like Joe is channeling his inner Kim Jong-Un. This isn’t the America we know, yet here we are, up against one of the most tyrannical governments to ever seize power. In another horrific nightmare, a Trump supporter has been fatally shot by federal ATF agents during a raid at his home, leaving his family and friends shocked, horrified, and bewildered.

While we struggle to understand what happened to this man, who can forget the chilling episode involving 75-year-old Trump supporter Craig Robertson, shot and killed by the FBI who raided his home under the cover of darkness? Apparently, the feds prefer to invade homes when it’s dark out; that way, unsuspecting homeowners can mistake them for home invaders and create a huge, confusing, and deadly mess.

Mrgunsngear:

The initial “news” reports yesterday said the FBI killed Craig Robertson ‘while attempting to serve a warrant.’

Well, this video taken by a neighbor shows the way they “attempted to serve the warrant.”

Apparently knocking on the door during the day is not something they do in 2023 America anymore…

This latest victim’s name is Bryan Malinowski. The nightmare began with ATF warrants over alleged regulatory paperwork violations—just paperwork. This should have been a straightforward, peaceful situation handled in an office by day. Instead, a heavily-armed ATF team conducted a pre-dawn raid at Mr. Malinowski’s home, resulting in him being fatally shot in the head.

The New York Times:

According to Mr. Jones, who did not immediately respond to requests for comment, the video showed that at 6:02 a.m., a patrol officer turned on his vehicle’s emergency lights and siren “to announce the presence of law enforcement.” At that time, A.T.F. agents standing outside Mr. Malinowski’s door “began a series of knocking” and announced their presence, Mr. Jones said, citing the recording.

Twenty-eight seconds after knocking, agents used a ram to breach the door, he said.
Mr. Malinowski’s wife, Maer, told The New York Times in an interview that the couple had heard loud noises outside their bedroom door that morning. Mr. Malinowski told his wife to “stay back,” and reached into a drawer for a gun, she said, before walking out into the hallway. She walked behind him, and they saw figures in the darkness, Ms. Malinowski said.

[…]

[…] Cummins, a lawyer for Mr. Malinowski’s family, said in a statement that the new details from the prosecutor’s office raised a question: “How long is it reasonable to wait for someone to answer their front door at 6 a.m. in response to unexplained loud pounding in a 3,000 square foot, fully insulated home?”

“Let’s pray the answer isn’t 28 seconds,” he said, adding: “This is far from over.”

Mr. Malinowski had served as the executive director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport since 2019. His friends say that he viewed selling guns as a hobby, and that he sincerely believed that as a private seller, he was in compliance with federal law.

Americans are outraged. Our federal agencies have become like gestapos, wielding power, violence, intimidation, and even murder to enforce the regime’s will. Really scary times, and many believe these crooked agencies need to be burned down and rebuilt from the ground up. The great Rep. Clay Higgins from Louisiana, for one, is rightly outraged.

Rep. Clay Higgins:

I will not support one dime of funding for the ATF until constitutional policy is fully restored. Please wake up America, We the People are living in a police state. These Federal agencies DOJ/FBI/ATF are WAY OUT OF CONTROL. This American had a perfect record, he was squared away for his whole life. ATF had warrants for alleged regulatory paperwork violations, easy stuff they could have handled 100% peacefully, instead they hit his home heavy and hard pre-dawn like he was MS13, so the man wakes up and freaks out and in those wild seconds begins to defend his family from the violent home-invasion and he promptly gets shot in the head.

Unbelievable. Abhorrent.

As you can imagine, the family is reeling from shock and overwhelmed with grief and sadness. They must be questioning what happened to the “America” they once knew. They’re not alone—many are wondering the same thing.

KARK:

The family of the Little Rock airport executive shot during a federal raid at his home has issued a statement just hours after the news of his death was announced.

In a statement from family attorney Bud Cummins, the family of Bryan Malinowski called his death “an unspeakable tragedy” that they said was “impossible to understand.”

Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives said they attempted to serve a search warrant at the Malinowski home in west Little Rock Tuesday morning.

During that process, ATF agents said they were fired on by someone in the home who they later identified as Malinowski, so they returned fire.

The airport executive was hit by multiple shots. Medical personnel treated him at the scene before he was taken from the home to a nearby hospital. His brother said he had been on life support prior to his death.

In the Thursday statement, the family questioned the decisions made by the government officials and the agents’ use of force.

“We do not understand the government’s decisions which led to a dawn raid on a private home and triggered the use of deadly force,” the statement read.

However, if the family is expecting justice, they’re in for a harsh reality check.

The New York Times:

The federal agent who fatally shot the executive director of Little Rock’s airport during an early morning raid in March was justified in his use of force, an Arkansas prosecutor said on Friday, ruling out any charges.

Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives had executed a search warrant at the home of the director, Bryan Malinowski, 53, on suspicion that he had repeatedly sold guns without a license.

After agents entered the house, which sits on quiet cul-de-sac in Little Rock, Mr. Malinowski fired at them, shooting one agent in the foot, the authorities said. Another agent returned fire, shooting Mr. Malinowski in the head. Two days later, Mr. Malinowski died in a hospital.

His death was met with outrage from his family, friends and gun-rights supporters in Arkansas and beyond, who believed that the raid on March 19 was ill-conceived and a case of government overreach. The raid also stunned residents and lawmakers across the state who wondered how a respected official could have been the target of an early morning raid.

As this nightmare plays out, something to keep in mind is that the ATF is not authorized by the US Constitution, yet even so, they’re working very hard to take away your constitutional rights.

As we mentioned above, these three-letter agencies are acting as weaponized wings of the regime and using their power to infringe on the rights of the people.

Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms should be the name of a weekend festival, not a group of federal henchmen going after the American people and shooting folks in the head over paperwork discrepancies.
