Well, there you have it. Jack Smith has joined the “Gag Academy” and requested yet another gag order against President Trump for merely speaking the truth. This post President Trump made on Truth Social was the final straw for little Jack Smith.

The gag order is dripping with irony. Smith claims that President Trump is posing a “danger” to law enforcement agents, yet the directive from Biden’s regime that they use “deadly force” is supposedly a nothing-burger.

Of course, CNN’s most “handsome” reporter is on duty, regurgitating regime talking points like the dutiful propagandist she is.

Kaitlan Collins:

Some news this Friday night: Jack Smith’s office is asking a federal judge to place a gag order on Trump that would limit his ability to comment about law enforcement that searched his Mar-a-Lago resort. This after he and his allies exaggerated the “deadly force” authorization, which is standard and was also authorized during the Biden searches.

If it’s so “standard,” where’s the op order? Julie Kelly artfully broke down the “op order” dilemma that the FBI finds themselves in.

Julie Kelly:

In a late Fri night/holiday weekend part damage control, part clickbait motion, Jack Smith wants Judge Cannon to prohibit Donald Trump from making “statements that pose a significant, imminent, and foreseeable danger to law enforcement agents participating in the investigation and prosecution of this case.”

His motion, predictably, is filled with distortions, omissions, and misrepresentations.

Smith gave short shrift to how 30 FBI agents were instructed to prepare for the 9-hour raid.

This is how Smith described the FBI op order:

Smith purposely omitted key details of the order–which, of course, Judge Cannon has.

Smith omitted that agents were instructed to bring “Standard Issue Weapon, Ammo, Handcuffs.”

He also omitted that the order instructed agents to have their “Badge and Credentials (concealed).”

Smith left out that agents brought “medium and large sized bolt cutters.”

Smith crucially omitted instructions related to how agents should handle Secret Service.

Screenshot shows how Smith described it.

But this is from the FBI op order: Should USSS provide resistance or interfere with FBI timeline or accesses, FBI…will engage with USSS [point of contact.]

And as far as Mar-a-Lago staff, here is what FBI op order included:

“Should MAL Guest Reception be unwilling to provide a list of occupied guest rooms, FBI Search Team will knock on each guest room door to determine occupation status. FBI will request a map, list of rooms and skeleton key/card for all rooms from MAL staff. An FBI [investigator] with lock-picking equipment will be on scene.”

Meanwhile, CNN is absolutely breathless, seemingly in need of a fainting couch and smelling salts.

Jack Smith is oh-so-concerned about the “safety” of the poor (heavily armed) FBI agents. Yet he seems utterly unconcerned that Trump and his family could have been endangered by that absurd raid, where agents had “deadly force” orders. Doesn’t add up. So, what’s really bothering Special Counsel Jack Smith? It appears he’s more worried about keeping certain things under wraps than the lives of any law enforcement officials. The whining and game-playing from these regime puppets knows no bounds…

And if that wasn’t bad enough, the effeminate deep state fop, Andrew Weissmann, believes this is all a form of 4-D chess designed to get Judge Aileen Cannon removed from the case.

Deep-state dysmorphic ankle-biter George Conway is in agreement, which pretty much confirms that this is likely a media op orchestrated by Jack Smith in coordination with the deep state.

Mediaite:

George Conway said Special Counsel Jack Smith’s request for a gag order on Donald Trump may ultimately lead to the removal of the judge in the case if she declines to grant it.

[…]

“This really puts Judge Cannon on the spot,” Conway said on Friday’s installment of The Source on CNN. “This woman has absolutely, completely shown an absolute bias against the government from day one in multiple ways. She’s dragging her feet on this case and if she does not do something about this, I think special counsel may use this as the opportunity to try to get the Eleventh Circuit to get rid of her.”

[…]

Smith could ask the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals to remove Cannon from the case, which would be an extraordinary measure. Ty Cobb, who served as a lawyer in Trump’s White House predicted last month that the court of appeals will ultimately remove Cannon from the case over her “bias” toward Trump.

If the deep-state Keystone Kops actually had a plan to use this to remove Judge Cannon from the case, they certainly did a poor job of keeping it secret. Now that Judge Cannon is aware of their scheme to oust her, she will likely take steps to prevent such an outcome.

CNN has a news report on Jack Smith’s request here.
