Imagine if catching the bus required doing twenty squats—we’d probably see a lot of empty buses in the US. The truth is, America’s waistline is expanding daily, and incredibly, there’s a push from the left celebrating this through the “fat acceptance” movement. It’s as if they’re cheering on weight gain along with illness and depression. This is the so-called party of “science.” What a joke, right?

At this point, we’re not just talking about a few isolated cases of morbid obesity; we’re at epidemic levels in the US.

TFAH.org:

Four in ten American adults have obesity, and obesity rates continue to climb nationwide and within population groups, according to a report State of Obesity 2022: Better Policies for a Healthier America released today by Trust for America’s Health (TFAH). The report amplifies the importance of the White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition and Health happening tomorrow. The Conference and the report are intended to spotlight the links between hunger, nutrition, and health, and diet-related diseases including obesity. In addition, they will drive policy action to address food insecurity and health disparities, factors often at the root of diet-related health issues.

The report finds that persistent increases in obesity rates across population groups underscores that obesity is caused by a combination of factors including societal, biological, genetic, and environmental, which are often beyond personal choice. The report’s authors conclude that addressing the obesity crisis will require attending to the economic and structural factors of where and how people live.

The radical left is determined to keep Americans in a cycle of being overweight, unhappy, and unwell. One has to wonder if there’s some sort of agreement with Big Pharma to maintain a status quo that supports diseases like diabetes and heart disease.

Furthermore, seeing morbidly obese Americans claim to be “happy” while clearly struggling in their own skin is actually very troubling. It’s almost like we’ve got a “DEI Dieting” strategy going on. Everything in the US is based on handouts and low expectations, and it’s all by design.

In the midst of “fat acceptance” and the spike in health-related issues in America, it’s refreshing to shine a light on an incredible initiative from Romania that first made waves in 2022 and quickly went viral. It’s making a comeback, and at a time when many in the US are finding it hard to even walk a few feet, sharing this story feels right. It could motivate some of you to Make Yourselves Great Again. In Romania and nearby places, there’s this fantastic offer: do twenty squats and ride the bus for free. How amazing is that? It shows a government that genuinely values its citizens’ well-being, encouraging health and fitness instead of fast food and fat rolls.

Many countries are encouraging the use of public transport with the growing energy and climate crisis. Following the same trend, Romania is combining the need for a healthy lifestyle while supporting the use of local public transport.

The video of the same was shared by user Alina Bzholkina on Instagram. In the video, one can see the woman performing 20 squats in front of a booth. The booth has a camera installed and keeps a count of every squat the person performs. Once she completes her set, a free bus ticket is dispatched from the machine.

This initiative is a part of the Sports Festival. As per their official website the free ticket is known as the health ticket. They add “The Health Ticket , the sports project dedicated to the community that was successful beyond expectations, returns to Cluj-Napoca. It is the third phase of the program initiated by Sports Festival , with the support of Cluj-Napoca City Hall and the Local Council. Travelers will once again be able to get a free bus ticket in exchange for 20 squats, performed in a maximum of two minutes.”

Post a commentThe Health Ticket is a community-focused project that uses technology and movement to directly connect physical activity with the symbolic benefit obtained. The exercises selected are simple enough for anyone to perform and have a significant positive impact on the individual who incorporates movement into their daily routine.

Talk about getting people’s energy, juices, and good vibes going, right?

Let’s face it, Europeans tend to be healthier than Americans. For starters, their food doesn’t come packed with all the additives and preservatives ours does, and they keep the good, filling parts in. Beyond just diet, though, Europeans live differently. Being outdoors, mingling with folks, and walking everywhere is just part of the daily routine. Many Americans who’ve made the leap to Europe report a near-instant boost in their health. It’s something to think about, isn’t it?

Between the fast-food joints on every corner, the endless aisles of processed foods, and a culture that’s increasingly lazy, America has let herself go. It’s not just us; it’s showing in our military and police forces too. Everyone seems to be feeling the weight—literally. If we don’t start making some changes, turning this ship around, and prioritizing health and wellness, we’re headed for trouble. It’s time to rethink our habits, for our sake and for the future of our nation, one squat at a time.
