In a dramatic turn, a judge has just turned the tables on Fani Willis in a big way. Willis was pulling out all the stops to prevent this upcoming hearing, but the judge wasn’t having any of it. Not only did he insist on proceeding with the hearing, but he also hinted that Fani might have just disqualified herself and thus ended the sham trial against Trump, thanks to her crooked ways.

Here’s what Professor Turley had to say about the latest events:

It appears that Fani Willis has failed to block a hearing into her alleged conflict of interest. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee is quoted as saying “Because I think it’s possible that the facts alleged by the defendant could result in disqualification, I think an evidentiary hearing must occur to establish the record on those core allegations.”

…Willis and Wade have more to fear than disqualification if they knowingly filed false statements with the Court. Indeed, they can look to their own case on how such filings can result in bar or criminal charges.

It’s refreshing to finally see justice being served against someone many of us thought was untouchable. It’s clear that the judge is not finding anything amusing about this situation or what Fani’s been up to.

Lawyer Mike Cernovich chimed in with Professor Turley on Fani’s alleged lies and cover-up. Mike pointed out that Fani’s actions actually fall under “RICO” territory, not the fake accusations being hurled against President Trump.
