Mark Cuban seems to be the business world’s own version of Joe Biden. It’s almost like he wandered into success and now remains a fixture simply because he’s become part of the backdrop. And much like Biden, Cuban doesn’t seem to know when to zip it. He’s so thin-skinned that it doesn’t take much: just a few anonymous tweets, and he’s off to the races, spilling his guts for all to see. This trait has a way of catching up with him, and it certainly did recently on Twitter/X. There, Cuban openly discussed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) hiring practices, revealing what sounds like a controversial, possibly even illegal, approach. In his post, he outright admits that race and gender are factors in his hiring decisions. This drew the attention of the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s commissioner, who pointed out to Mark that his approach might be not just controversial but potentially illegal, and he was broadcasting this to the entire world.

This man is a bonified bozo.

Here’s a closeup of the images Libs of TikTok shared:

Stephen Miller’s America First Legal also chimed in, throwing more dirt on Cuban’s DEI grave.

America First Legal goes on to list all the companies they’ve successfully confronted over illegal DEI hiring practices. You can read the entire thread by clicking here.

Here’s something else that’s raising eyebrows: a story buzzing around the web about the FAA. Apparently, they’re giving young black students “secret code words” to include in their resumes, supposedly helping them leapfrog over white and Asian applicants. If this is true, it’s hard to imagine anything more blatantly illegal. It really makes you wonder how many other companies might be playing this same dirty game.

Austen:

This is one of the craziest things I’ve ever read.

First, the FAA gave secret code words to students in the Black Caucus of Federal Aviation Employees to put in their resume that would skip them to the front of the line.

In another instance of the signals to go to the front of the line was to say the high school class you received your lowest grades in was “Science.”

Yes, they literally shot you to the front of the line if you said your worst grades were in Science.

Here’s a closeup of the images:

A whole bunch of progressive companies and organizations are skating on thin ice with their hiring practices. Not only are these practices potentially illegal and discriminatory, but these groups can’t seem to resist boasting about them, all because they want to cash in on the “woke street cred.” This DEI movement is a ticking time bomb. The moment white and Asian applicants start hitting them with lawsuits left and right, they’ll realize how costly being “woke” really is.
