Today, Joe Biden refused to condemn the anti-American, unconstitutional ruling by the activist justices sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court, who banned President Trump from the GOP primary ballot.

JUST IN: President Biden refuses to condemn the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to ban Trump from the ballot under the 14th Amendment and says Trump “absolutely” supported an insurrection.

The U.S. looks more and more like Communist China by the day.

The comment from Biden came after a reporter asked about the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision.

Biden said there is “no question” Trump supported an insurrection and said he was fine with letting “the court make that decision” on if the 14th Amendment applies.

Any American who appreciates freedom is outraged by this ruling. Most legal experts, like Alan Dershowitz, are absolutely baffled by the ruling, calling it unconstitutional and absurd.

During Biden’s refusal to condemn the North Korea-style election interference, he doubled down with a completely false claim. He asserted that President Trump “supported” a US insurrection. That comment is downright laughable. First off, the majority of Americans who entered the Capitol were let in by police and casually wandered around like tourists with water bottles and fanny packs. How on earth does one overtake the USA with a fanny pack?

In addition, let’s not forget the alleged presence of undercover FBI agents slithering through the crowd, doing what they do best: entrapping people, inciting violence, and creating mayhem. President Trump did not incite an insurrection, primarily because there was no insurrection. Joe Biden has it all wrong—the real insurrection is actually occurring at the US-Mexico border, where we’re facing an invasion by unvetted masses who are breaking our laws by illegally entering the country, all under the watch of the Biden regime.

All these illegals are biding their time, awaiting their release into a city near you. The sad truth is that if Joe Biden really wanted to, he could deport each of these illegals using existing laws. But that’s not on his agenda. What he wants is this invasion of foreigners. It’s a deliberate and strategic resettlement, which is what an actual insurrection looks like.

And once they realize how easy it is to cross over, they snap a selfie and send it back to others back home, essentially signaling them to make the journey as well. This is all part of a much bigger plan, with new “Americans” who will vote the way Dems tell them to, legal or not.

Democrats and the uni-party regime are essentially engaged in “nation building” within the United States. Yet, they attempt to convince the public that a three-hour melee involving flags and baseball caps qualifies as an “insurrection.” Meanwhile, their illegal actions at the US-Mexico border are mislabeled “humanitarian,” when in reality, they’re actually replacing us and changing the entire face of the United States in order to hold power. If that’s not an “insurrection,” we’re not sure what is.
