Dems recently had their hopes dashed, courtesy of an Arizona court ruling. As you’re likely aware, Democrats have been determined to prevent President Trump from appearing on the ballot in multiple states. They’re trying to use the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution, which prohibits individuals who’ve sworn to uphold the Constitution from holding public office if they have offered “aid or comfort” to insurrectionists.

Yes, as strange as it may seem, there are actually grown adults attempting this stupidity. To add to the already bewildering situation, here’s the evil insurrectionists:

These non-violent Americans are merely sauntering around the Capitol, escorted by police, believing they’re committing no wrongdoing. It’s absurd to label them “insurrectionists.” They’re more like tourists. Nonetheless, Dems are attempting to use January 6th as a way to block President Trump’s White House run, and the good news is they’re running into a big ol’ wall at every turn. The latest wall happens to be in Arizona, where a court just ruled that President Trump will remain on the ballot.

Donald Trump and Arizona’s MAGA crowd can rest easy.

A federal judge on Tuesday tossed a lawsuit seeking to throw the MAGA master off Arizona’s ballot.

U.S. District Court Judge Douglas Rayes ruled that John Anthony Castro, who is supposedly running for president, lacks standing to challenge Trump’s eligibility to run under the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

Rayes notes that a guy who has raised just $678 for his presidential bid — $677 of which came from his own wallet — isn’t likely to be injured by having to compete with Trump for votes.

The good news is that, for a change, it will be the American people who determine the president, not the Democratic Party. Now, our challenge is to prevent any other instances of cheating, and then we should be in good shape.
