Many are questioning the rationale behind continuing to host and broadcast GOP debates with head-scratchingly liberal hosts, given their low viewership and the general consensus that no one on stage can beat President Trump. So, what’s the real purpose of these events? A libertarian writer, Jeffrey Tucker, believes he’s unraveled the mystery.
Tucker initially found these debates absurd. However, after further consideration, he’s come to see a strategy unfolding before our eyes, orchestrated by influential figures working for the establishment. He claims that it’s all part of a larger plan to damage President Trump and conservatives in the eyes of the general public. Tucker has noticed that each debate seems deliberately crafted to create dissonance among various voter groups, and he’s given us some interesting examples.
Here’s what Jeffrey said in a post on X:
At first I thought the media questions at the last GOP debate were just stupid. Thinking back, I realized that they were all designed to alienate various constituent blocs from the GOP. Some examples:
Q: Should we ban TikTok?
A: Yes
Alienated: under 25 yearsQ: Should we increase retirement age?
A: Yes and no
Alienated: scared older peopleQ: Should the US bomb Mexico for Fentanyl?
A: Yes
Alienated: HispanicsQ: Should government fund more child care to alleviate the shortage
A: No:
Alienated: momsSame with abortion and you name it. There were very few intelligent questions related to the general good. In other words, these questions were not stupid. They were a plot.

Many think that Vivek Ramaswamy has already caught on to this, which explains why he’s been targeting RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel. She’s the driving force behind these debates, perpetuating the far-fetched idea that the GOP primary is still open and that President Trump isn’t the definitive candidate for the party. What’s your take? Is Mr. Tucker correct in suggesting that this is more “friendly fire” from the GOP in collusion with the mainstream media? Do they prefer a Democrat in the White House over President Trump?
