You may not be aware, but China is actively engaged in a mission to eradicate Islam, and they’re intensifying their efforts in their country by altering and even demolishing numerous Islamic mosques across the region. It’s surprising that you haven’t come across this, considering the constant claims of so-called American “Islamophobia” made by the United States propaganda media and left-wing activists. One would think that an issue like this would capture their attention, right? No. Interestingly enough, the fake news media and the radical left appear to be equally disinterested in China’s destruction of Islam as they are in China’s environmental abuses. They show zero involvement or vocal concern about either issue.

You see, it’s never been about saving “religion” or the “planet.” The left and the regime-run media simply aim to reshape the United States into a makeshift communist wasteland, which China already is.

Meanwhile, China is taking the radical communist step of erasing an entire religion off the face of the planet, starting right there at home. Sam Joiner, a “visual journalist,” put together a fascinating thread on X that shines a very bright light on China’s push to crush Islam and wipe it off the face of the earth—or at least off China’s map—for now. This is an incredible peek into a stunning phenomenon taking place in China:

EXC: Thousands of mosques in China have been altered or destroyed as Beijing’s suppression of Islam spreads to almost every region of the country.

Satellite-based analysis of 2,312 mosques once featuring Islamic architecture shows that three-quarters have been modified or destroyed since 2018.

Buildings have been stripped of their Arabic features, with Islamic architecture often replaced with traditional Chinese designs. Some mosques have even been torn down. Modifications were more systematic in areas with larger Muslim populations.

Mosque demolitions and modifications have been documented in Xinjiang, the northwestern region where hundreds of thousands of Turkic Muslims have been detained, and there has been some evidence of architectural changes elsewhere in China.

But our visual investigation is the first to document the scale and spread of the policy, finding that Beijing’s crackdown on Islamic culture has spread to almost every region of the country.
