The violent and dangerous trans movement just took its biggest and most devastating blow yet, and if this keeps up across the nation, the trans groomers will soon be out of business. In a 2-1 decision, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed a lawsuit from the American Civil Liberties Union and families of trans-identifying children. The federal court meticulously refuted, point by point, each misleading argument put forth by transvestite activists. It was a brutal blow, and one that conservative activist Matt Walsh celebrated.

Daily Wire host Matt Walsh dove into the “huge” ruling from the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals that upheld Tennesee’s and Kentucky’s bans on puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and gender surgeries on gender-confused children.

In its 2-1 ruling rejecting a challenge to the laws from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and families of trans-identifying children, the federal court “thoroughly dismantled, point-by-point, every disingenuous argument from trans activists,” Walsh said in a thread posted to X.

The court also had a message for trans activists, reminding them they’re not “marginalized” people. As the court pointed out, it’s tough to claim marginalization when you’ve got the backing of the government, big pharma, and corporate America.

The ruling also prevents left-wing parents from treating their children as miniature “social activist” test subjects and showpieces.

Furthermore, the decision also dealt a serious blow to healthcare charlatans and quacks who are promoting and performing this child mutilation.
