Numerous questions still surround the events of January 6th, and it’s becoming increasingly clear that what the government and media initially reported doesn’t jive with the truth. Thanks to diligent investigative work from respectable journalists and outlets, we now know that federal agents and informants we swarming the January 6th event. As more information emerges, new key figures are coming into focus.

Recently, Enrique Tarrio, the leader of the Proud Boys and so-called “terrorist mastermind,” received a 22-year federal prison sentence for “Seditious Conspiracy,” even though he was nowhere near the Capitol on January 6th.

Julie Kelly, a brilliant investigative reporter, has been dedicated to uncovering the intricate layers surrounding the Enrique Tarrio case. One intriguing aspect of the Tarrio story involves a man Julie has identified as an FBI informant named Kenny Lizardo. Lizardo had an exceptionally close association with Tarrio, to the extent that he actually drove Enrique to the covert “garage meeting” he held with Oath Keepers leader Stewart Rhodes.

Recently, Julie shared additional insights about Mr. Lizardo on X saying,

“Some have asked about the FBI informant close to Tarrio. His name is Kenny Lizardo. He drove Tarrio to the infamous meeting with Oath Keepers’ leader Stewart Rhodes before Tarrio left for Baltimore on January 5. During trial, defense subpoenaed Lizardo to testify. Lizardo threatened to invoke 5A and filed a motion to quash. Judge Kelly granted his motion to quash. Lizardo was with the Proud Boys on Jan 6 (I erroneously reported that he was in the hotel room with Tarrio that day) and also participated in key group chats before Jan 6. The jury never heard from him.”

Julie also shared previously unreleased footage from January 5th featuring Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio en route to the meeting. In the footage, you can also spot Mr. Lizardo right by his side.

Here’s what Julie said in her post:

UNSEEN FOOTAGE of “terror mastermind” Enrique Tarrio the day before his Proud Boys army attempted to overthrow democracy and whatnot.

I mean, what terrorist doesn’t openly talk with news media, have a documentary filmmaker drive you around DC, chat with cops and remark now nice they are, talk about hiring an attorney, and follow orders to leave the city right before the insurrection?

Listen to how law enforcement arrested him on a warrant for allegedly burning a BLM banner in Dec 2020.

Also present in this convoy–at least one FBI informant who drove Tarrio to the “garage meetup” with Stewart Rhodes (Oath Keepers) and other FBI informants.

In essence, the quashing of the Lizardo subpoena appears on the surface to be a solid ground for an appeal. Tarrio, it seems, was denied his right to mount a reasonable defense. Furthermore, Julie’s reporting has revealed that Lizardo, unlike Tarrio, was actually present at the Capitol on January 6th, but curiously, he was never subjected to arrest, nor does he face 22 years in federal prison. Must be nice to operate as part of “Team FBI.”
