Biden’s Corrupt DOJ has issued yet another, third indictment against 2024 GOP front-runner and former President Donald Trump. This time, the charges all pertain to Trump’s questioning of the results of the 2020 election and alleged “conspiracy” to overturn the results of the election.

As Biden’s third-world bribery schemes come to light, he is increasingly less concerned with leaning into the banana boat practice of criminally indicting his presumptive electoral opponent in 2024. Recent reports suggest that the fix is in, the Judge handling the case is known for handing down sentences to January 6 defendants that are even harsher than what the government recommends.

New on @MSNBC: The Trump case has been assigned to U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan.

Chutkan, an Obama appointee, is the only federal judge in Washington, D.C. who has sentenced Jan. 6 defendants to sentences longer than the government had requested.

Anyone with a passing familiarity with the 45 page indictment will discover that the charges are almost exactly modeled after the case built against Trump during the deeply compromised January 6 Committee hearings.

In fact, the chair of the J6 Committee Bennie Thompson took to twitter for a victory lap and to take credit

Today’s charges are consistent with those the Select Committee referred to the Special Counsel last year, and successful prosecutions will not only bring accountability but also help prevent something like January 6th from ever happening again.

Of the many disturbing aspects of the indictment is the apparent attempt to criminalize President Trump’s First Amendment protected speech regarding the 2020 election. While the DOJ of course denies that it is criminalizing speech per se, the complaint asserts that “for more than two months following election day on November 3, 2020, the Defendant spread lies that there had been an outcome-determinative fraud in the election and that he had actually won.” It adds, “these claims were false, and the Defendant knew that they were false.”Prosecutors contend that Trump’s “knowingly false claims” created “an intense national atmosphere of mistrust and anger” that eroded public faith in the election, according to the indictment.

Not only are these allegations false, they are a clear attempt to codify the war on “disinformation” (that is, speech the regime doesn’t like) into criminal law. Indeed, one of the charges leveled against Trump, the vague “conspiracy against rights” charge is the exact same charge the Biden Administration deployed against Douglass Mackey, AKA Ricky Vaughn, to convict him of a felony for tweeting a meme mocking Hillary Clinton.

For his own part, Trump has taken to Truth Social with a strong statement condemning these latest charges as another conspicuous example of Biden DOJ’s election interference against Biden’s presumptive opponent in the 2024 election.

“This is nothing more than the latest corrupt chapter in the continued pathetic attempt by the Biden Crime Family and their weaponized Department of Justice to interfere with the 2024 Presidential Election, in which President Trump is the undisputed frontrunner, and leading by substantial margins.

But why did they wait two and a half years to bring these fake charges, right in the middle of President Trump’s winning campaign for 2024? Why was it announced the day after the big Crooked Joe Biden scandal broke out from the Halls of Congress?

The answer is, election interference! The lawlessness of these persecutions of President Trump and his supporters is reminiscent of Nazi Germany in the 1930s, the former Soviet Union, and other authoritarian, dictatorial regimes. President Trump has always followed the law and the Constitution, with advice from many highly accomplished attorneys.

These un-American witch hunts will fail and President Trump will be re-elected to the White House so he can save our Country from the abuse, incompetence, and corruption that is running through the veins of our Country at levels never seen before.   Three years ago we had strong borders, energy independence, no inflation, and a great economy. Today, we are a nation in decline. President Trump will not be deterred by disgraceful and unprecedented political targeting!”
