“You were misgendering… You were saying male in female sports.”

A librarian at a Davis, CA public library revoked a group’s reservation a few minutes into the program after the first speaker referred to transgender athletes playing in women’s sports as male.

Earlier, the librarian suggested it was against state law to misgender someone or a group of people.

That was his basis for kicking them out of the public library, making it impossible to talk about the problem of biological males competing in female sports.

Here is the moment the librarian kicked out the first speaker from the public library.

Her offense was simply saying biological men have a physical competitive advantage over women in sports.

This happened early today, Sunday, at the Mary L. Stephens Public Library in Davis, CA. Below are the event details.

Note, the library allowed the transactivists to harass and interrupt the organizers and speakers, but the moment @SophiaSLorey supposedly “misgenders” a hypothetical person, he shuts the program down.

📣: California mom breaks silence on losing job for speaking at her children’s school board meeting.

This well-mannered mom spoke at the @BeniciaUSD board meeting, expressing concern the new sex-ed curriculum was teaching 10 year-olds they could choose their own gender.

Very passionate speech by Board President Shaw prior to the vote.

Prior to any public comment, the district’s legal representation discussed how the parental notification policy is fully compliant with the law and he addresses many misconceptions by those who say it isn’t legal. The eight minutes are definitely worth a listen.

“Many [transgender] children are not safe in their own homes because of a non-affirming caretaker.”

Author of #AB957 said at the bill’s hearing today. This bill would require a parent affirm their child’s “gender identity” or else risk losing custody of their child.

“If both parents are accepting of the child’s gender identity, this issue will not be the thing that tips the scale towards any parent.”

A witness in favor of the bill says affirming a child’s gender identity is the only acceptable approach, including surgery if the child wants it.

Mind blowing statement from @GavinNewsom on SB 107, considering all of his medical mandates on kids.

“Parents know what's best for their kids, and they should be able to make decisions around the health of their children without fear. We must take a stand for parental choice.”

Note, SB 107 actually strips away parental rights in some cases, allowing some out-of-state teens to run away from home and get CA taxpayer paid “gender affirming care.”

Since 2017, @LASchools has been illegally paying their board members over $100k in excess the statutory limit of $24k/yr.

SB 913 (sponsored by LAUSD & introduced by @SenBobHertzberg) changes this & gives LAUSD exemptions not available to other districts.

The bill passed its last legislative hurdle on Wed and went quietly undetected throughout the legislative process. (I accidentally came across it looking for another bill.) It now awaits the governor’s signature.

As previously noted, LAUSD’s board compensation is/was illegal.

SB 913 now makes it legal to pay @LASchools board members any amount (currently $125k/yr).

The next largest district, @sdschools, is capped at $18k/yr by state law.

Most school districts are capped at paying their board members between $2,880 - $4,800/yr. How is this fair?
