In a recent decision, the Supreme Court dealt a major blow to the use of affirmative action in college admissions. It was a 6-3 vote where the justices concluded that the admissions programs implemented by the University of North Carolina and Harvard College are in violation of the equal protection clause of the Constitution. That clause prohibits racial discrimination by government entities, which is exactly what they were doing to many Asians and whites. This ruling basically ends the practice of affirmative action in college admissions. As you likely know, the left went crazy after the ruling, calling for term limits, court packing and heads on platters — the typical stuff.

However, the American people have a different perspective than our government, which is not surprising. A recent poll indicates that the majority of Americans, including pluralities among minority groups, agree with the Supreme Court’s decision and believe it was the right call.

What’s interesting is that American people approve of this very sound and fair ruling from the court — the same court that Joe Biden said was “abnormal.” Just goes to prove once again how out-of-touch the Regime is with the majority of the country.
