Disney is already facing criticism for their next “woke” live-action adaptation, even before it hits theaters. So, which Disney damsel is up next for a disastrous makeover? None other than Snow White. The Daily Mail shared some photos from the Snow White film set, hinting that it could be Disney’s most “woke” film to date:
Heigh-ho, heigh-ho it’s off to the job centre they go — for the seven dwarves have been replaced by ‘magical creatures’ for Disney’s live-action remake of Snow White.
The character of the fictional princess, who will be played by Rachel Zegler in the film, has been pictured for the first time with her new companions who appear to be a mix of genders, ethnicities and heights.
The actress, wearing Snow White’s famous yellow and blue dress and a red cape, is trailed by the group who are dressed in brightly coloured clothes and carrying work tools. They were spotted shooting scenes in Bedfordshire on Thursday in pictures obtained exclusively by MailOnline.
The Daily Mail reported that these are the “Seven Dwarves” from the movie set. You’ll notice that only one is an actual dwarf, while the rest are people of average size and very diverse. The tall one in the back looks like it could be “Tranny Dwarf.”
But it’s not just the tall, diverse dwarves that have everyone up in arms. Snow White herself has garnered a lot of attention. In the fairy tale, Snow White is described this way: “With hair as black as ebony, lips as red as the rose, skin as white as snow — she is the fairest of them all.” So, who did Disney cast as their lead? Well, a Hispanic actress, of course.

The Snow White photos went viral online and stirred up quite a controversy. Renowned actor Peter Dinklage, known for his role of “the imp” in Game of Thrones, publicly expressed his outrage over Disney’s politically correct adaptation that put six “little people” out of work.
Set photos purporting to be from Disney’s live-action remake of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs received backlash from conservatives for its “politically correct” depiction of the princess’ famed companions.

This week, the Daily Mail published an article – titled “Snow White and the Seven…Politically-Correct Companions” – which claimed to show leaked images from the Disney set in Bedfordshire, England.
In the photos, an actress appeared to be dressed in Snow White’s signature yellow and blue dress with a red cape, accompanied by a cast of diverse actors playing the seven characters.
The decision to remake the 1937 animated Disney film previously faced backlash from Game of Thrones actor Peter Dinklage, who described the reboot as “f***ing backwards”.
“You’re progressive in one way and you’re still making that f***ing backwards story about seven dwarfs living in a cave together,” he said during an interview on Marc Maron’s WTF podcast. “What the f*** are you doing man?”
Disney, already grappling with the fallout from progressive flops like The Little Mermaid and the Indiana Jones sequel, seemingly lied by claiming the controversial photos were “fake” in a vain attempt to douse the flames. However, this strategy boomeranged, and Disney ultimately had to concede that the pictures were, indeed, real — they just weren’t “official” images.

When reached by The Daily Beast, the Daily Mail stuck to their guns and said the pictures were real. The Daily Beast has since added a correction to the bottom of the article that states:
“This article has been amended since initial publication to correctly identify the actress portraying Snow White as an extra who stood in for post-production photography. Disney confirms that stand-ins were used for both Rachel Zegler and Andrew Burnap in these images.”
Journalist Paul Joseph Watson poses a valid question: If Snow White does not align with today’s stringent “PC” standards, wouldn’t it have been simpler to just not make this film?
