On Thursday, Biden’s DOJ officially charged President Trump in the classified docs scandal. This move has rocked the US to its core, as usually only communist countries try to imprison their political opponents. My, how the once-mighty US has fallen. Mark Levin declared June 8th the “real insurrection” day, and Senator JD Vance accused Biden of using the justice system to steal an election.
Republican senators, including members of the Senate Judiciary Committee, are warning the indictment brought by the Department of Justice against former President Donald Trump raises serious conflict-of-interest issues for Attorney General Merrick Garland.
The senators, who mostly spoke to The Hill in the hours before Trump himself broke the news of his indictment, cited Trump’s status as the leading Republican candidate for president and the fact that federal investigators have also seized classified documents President Biden kept in his personal possession after leaving the Obama administration.
Who can forget Biden’s classified documents follies, where every week we found out he had more stashed away in random places. He even had classified documents in an unsecured box, sitting in his garage, next to his Corvette.
And when asked about all the classified documents he had, this was Biden’s response:

Glenn Greenwald explained how they’re using the old 1917 Espionage Act to try to take down President Trump.
The Espionage Act of 1917—under which Donald Trump is currently being indicted—is a draconian law that has been cynically weaponized against whistleblowers and journalists for years, with cases skyrocketing under the Obama Administration.

But what’s really going on here? We’ve got a massively popular former president who everybody claims “has no chance” at winning an election, but everyone is frantically trying to stop. What gives? If Trump can’t “win,” why bother trying to stop him? Let him run and embarrass himself, right? The truth is, we’re all fully aware that Trump can win and probably would have won in 2020 if not for a free-for-all of sketchy mail-in ballots during a so-called “pandemic.” That brings us to the recent “accidental” admission by MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow. It appears that she inadvertently revealed the plot when she suggested that the Department of Justice might strike a deal with Trump, dropping the charges in exchange for his promise to never run for office again.
Yes, now, THAT makes perfect, sinister sense…
MSNBC host Rachel Maddow questioned whether the indictment of former President Donald Trump could be dropped in exchange for Trump dropping out of the 2024 presidential race and being banned from running again.
“You have to wonder if the Justice Department is considering whether there is some political solution to this criminal problem,” said Maddow on Thursday’s The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell on MSNBC, citing the 1973 resignation of former Vice President Spiro Agnew, following news of Trump’s indictment:
Whether part of the issue here is not just that Trump has committed crimes, but that Trump has committed crimes and plans on being back in the White House. Do they consider as part of a potential plea offer, something that would proscribe him… proscribe him from running for office again? I don’t know.
Host Lawrence O’Donnell responded, “I would imagine if anything like that happened that it would have to come from the defense side of the negotiation. That the Trump team would say, ‘Oh, by the way, and with this, we will also, you know, drop out of the race for president.’”

As a country, we now find ourselves in a situation where our government will do absolutely anything to maintain its chokehold over the American people. It’s truly disheartening to see just how far we’ve strayed from the vision our Founding Fathers had for this nation. The alarming lines we’re crossing today will have long-lasting consequences for future generations. These are very scary times to be an American.
