President Trump fearlessly ventured into the CNN snake pit last Wednesday, and dominated the struggling left-wing cable news network from start to finish. Participating in the CNN town hall, was by far one of Trump’s most strategically-executed political moves. He emerged victorious by commanding the stage and winning the hearts of the audience and the American people.

Steve Bannon called Trump’s performance a “triumph” and explained that the media’s frenzied reaction to it stems from their growing realization that Trump will easily secure the GOP nomination.

The CNN town hall reinforced Trump’s strong position, and left his opponents scrambling to find an effective counterpunch.

And Bannon wasn’t the only GOP powerhouse blown away by Trump during the CNN town hall. As a matter of fact, Trump’s performance was so incredible, that Dan Bongino not only endorsed President Trump, but thank to Trump’s incredible showing in the CNN lion’s den, he also declared the GOP is primary “over.”

Bad news for Haley and DeSantis.

Dan may be onto something. Recent polling shows President Trump dominating the field, and even taking the lead in mainstream media polls over Joe Biden.

In addition, a the latest Florida poll shows Trump increasing his lead over would-be challenger Ron DeSantis.

Many DeSantis supporters worry that if Ron can’t win his home state, where he’s very popular, how on earth will he win in other states, where he’s not?

Dan Bongino’s support is a major win for President Trump. Up until Friday, May 5, Trump had already gathered endorsements from 11 senators and over 50 House members – impressive.

President Trump is clearly riding high and finding his political stride, and when he’s in this mode, he’s nearly impossible to beat.
