One of the hottest topics in right-wing circles and beyond is the “meme trial” and subsequent guilty verdict of Douglass Mackey.

Mr. Mackey was found guilty of “conspiracy” in a Brooklyn New York courtroom for sharing an anti-Hillary meme that mocked her low-info voters. He now faces 10 years in a federal prison for tweeting out this meme.

And while there is plenty of outrage to go around; as Americans are rightly furious over the non-stop political witch hunts being carried out by Biden’s regime and distressed over the blatant attacks on our free speech, one very important issue has been overlooked by most… until now…

And that’s the weaponization of juries.

We know the left has mastered weaponizing the FBI and activist judges, but now they’re weaponizing jury’s to get the verdicts they want. Being a conservative in America has never been more dangerous.

The government successfully turned “conspiracy” into a virtual honeypot for convictions. This is a tweet from attorney Marina Medvin regarding the jury instructions in the Mackey case.

In short, the government didn’t even have to prove that this so-called “conspiracy” worked out. This was very convenient for the government since there were no victims.

Attorney Robert Barnes touches on this very important topic, and reveals how the government and Dems got their outcome they wanted by having the perfect jury, in this discussion with Canadian attorney and popular podcaster Viva Frei:

Why was this case brought to Brooklyn? Mackey didn’t live or work in the Eastern District of New York. The government couldn’t produce a single victim from the EDNY. There is only one connection between the case and Brooklyn…the headquarters of the 2016 Clinton campaign were in Brooklyn, just down the street from the courthouse.

The left’s weaponization of our sacred institutions continues, and if the forces on the right don’t do anything to stop it, we could all be in Douglass Mackey’s shoes.
