Independent filmmaker and journalist Mike Cernovich recently tweeted some very interesting thoughts on Tucker Carlson’s departure from Fox News. He offers up a unique point of view on what happened and why. Cernovich says the “suits” at Fox have been wanting to push Tucker out for a while now. According to Mike, what happened to Tucker is what happens to many average people in the workforce. Co-workers may want to take your spot, while bosses think they can make more money without you. He even suggests that the “suits and egos” at Fox News resented Tucker’s success. As Mike points out, that line of work is tough and competitive and unfortunately, Tucker was taken out.
But what makes this tweet even more fascinating is the overall idea that Tucker upset the “regime” by speaking the truth. Tucker was popular and a beloved truth-speaking “hero” to millions of Americans. We all know Tucker has never been one to shy away from controversial topics, and he has always been outspoken in his beliefs. His willingness to speak his mind made him a threat to the powers at Fox News and beyond.
In any case, Mike’s tweet sheds light on the competitive and cutthroat world of US news, where even the biggest stars aren’t safe from the guillotine.
The suits at FoxNews have wanted Tucker out for years. No different from anyone with a job. Your co-workers want to push you out for your slot. Your boss thinks they can make more profit without you. Suits and egos resent your shine. It’s a bow tied jungle out there.

Mike had more to share on the Tucker situation, including how lucky Tucker is to be able to “attend his own funeral.”
Another interesting and unique observation from Mike.
Tucker was blessed to be able to attend his own funeral before he died. He must be feeling satisfied with how he has lived his life, and the best is yet to come.

In this tweet, Mike really captured the emotion of what happened to Tucker.
He points out that Tucker Carlson is much more than a “cable news host,” he’s actually an American hero who fought tirelessly for the forgotten man and woman.
Tucker Carlson isn’t a cable news host, the response today shows that. He’s a historic figure and American hero. The evil ones will try to win and remove him form history, and commence another Armenian style genocide against all of us. This is why we fight.

And one last tweet we wanted to share with you that has special meaning for the Revolver News family because it centers around our own Darren Beattie. Mike posted this tweet just days before Tucker was “fired” from Fox News.
In hindsight, we now know that Tucker didn’t have the power of an entire network working to protect him, quite the opposite, actually, but what he said about Darren is true.
He is doing important work, more than anyone other than Tucker. Tucker has a full network behind him. Darren does not. Protect this man ar all costs. Support @DarrenJBeattie!

Mike’s thoughts on the Tucker issue were very interesting and struck a chord. Now, it’s time for us, the people who appreciated everything Tucker did on our behalf, to stand up and fight for him and everything he believed in.
