Left-leaning outlet “Vice” has a long and sordid history of depravity and scandal.

They’ve been marred by sexual assault scandals, lawsuits over discrimination, #MeToo nonsense, and they’ve even been accused of treating “sex offenders” with empathy.

Vice started in 1994, in Montreal, and was considered a “punk” magazine that covered the dark underbelly of music, art, trends, and glamorized the sex and drug scene.

What many people don’t know is that Vice was co-founded by Gavin McInnes, who would later abandon the progressive culture magazine to start the Proud Boys.

But as the years dragged on, Vice lost that punk rock “edge” and shifted into the creepy world of left-wing fetishes and cringy “tabloid” junk.

Just look at these disgusting and clownish headlines:

One Facebook user summed up Vice, perfectly:

As mentioned earlier, Vice has been accused of treating sex offenders as sympathetic “victims.” But in one infamous circumstance it backfired in their faces, literally.

Fox News: Sex offender in sympathetic VICE News segment sent ‘d–k pic’ to reporter’s producer:

A man featured in a sympathetic VICE News report about the struggles of sex offenders to re-enter American society sent a picture of his penis to the VICE reporter’s producer after they spoke.

“Aishef,” an Illinois man convicted of a sex crime as a teenager, sent a “d— pic” to reporter Alice Hines’ producer after an extended interview with Hines about his difficulties finding work and permanent housing after being released from prison.

“After this interview, Aishef sent a picture of his penis to our producer,” Hines said. “He later said through his lawyer that he sent it by mistake. Cyber-flashing is illegal in Chicago by city ordinance.”

And here’s a classic video of self-owning by Vice:

So, it probably won’t surprise you that Vice is in the headlines again. This time, it’s because of one of their former writers named Efrem Zelony-Mindell. The DOJ just charged him with attempting to anally penetrate a 9-year-old little boy.

Big League Politics:

A former VICE journalist has been charged with attempting to anally rape a 9-year-old boy, according to a press release from the Department of Justice.

“[Efrem] Zelony-Mindell allegedly attempted to engage in sexual activity with a nine-year-old boy. The protection of children from predation remains of critical importance to this Office, and we will continue to use our resources and work with our law enforcement partners to bring offenders to justice,” said Damian Williams, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, in the press release.

“As alleged, Mr. Zelony-Mindell’s actions are nearly unfathomable. Through a series of conversations with undercover FBI agents conducted on encrypted messaging platforms, he stated his desire to have sex with minor children, and he ultimately met with one of the agents who he believed would provide him an opportunity to do so,” FBI Assistant Director Michael J. Driscoll said.

When Zelony-Mindell wrote for VICE, he penned at least two perverted articles that were published in 2016, including an art display that highlighted the sexuality of a 13-year-old child prostitute. He highlighted photographer Mary Ellen Mark’s controversial photography project, Tiny: Streetwise Revisited, which centered around “Tiny (Erin Charles), a 13-year-old prostitute who talked of wanting diamonds and a horse farm.”

If convicted, Efrem faces life in prison. Karma doesn’t joke around.
