The Tesla founder turned media mogul Elon Musk took to Twitter earlier today to report that Apple had THREATENED to boot the Twitter app out of the infamous App Store.
Apple has also threatened to withhold Twitter from its App Store, but won’t tell us why

Elon Musk has responded to this unhinged direct threat from Apple by taking aim and seemingly declaring war on Tim Cook’s company.
Apple has mostly stopped advertising on Twitter. Do they hate free speech in America?

Tim Cook was put on notice.
What’s going on here @tim_cook?

Elon accused the company famously founded by Steve Jobs of hating free speech.

Musk then shone a spotlight on Apple’s history of woke censorship.
Who else has Apple censored? https://t.co/lZculFIkAX

In truth, it all started when Apple booted Infowars from the App Store.
Perhaps Elon should take the hint and allow Alex Jones and Infowars back on Twitter?
Earlier, Elon also piled on Apple’s duopolist status:
Are you suggesting Apple would use its duopolist powers to hurt Tesla?

He slammed the tech company for the 30 percent surcharge it tacks onto App Store sales.
Did you know Apple puts a secret 30% tax on everything you buy through their App Store? https://t.co/LGkPZ4EYcz

Then came a tweet of a meme confirming that it’s WAR.

Clearly, Elon Musk wants to shine a light on Apple’s behavior to make them think twice about banning Twitter from the App Store. Elon Musk is threatening Apple with a triple threat: bad publicity, legal challenges to the App Store duopoly, and finally, he’s threatening that if Apple doesn’t play ball, he will also threaten their smartphone duopoly in the free and open market.
We’re sure that Elon Musk would much rather Apple simply played ball, rather than going to the hassle of starting another tech company from scratch. Similarly, Apple would probably rather play ball than face a huge loss of market share in the smartphone and computer industries. Besides the threat of a Tesla or Twitter-branded smartphone, Apple could face the prospect of consumer boycotts due to the legions of Elon Musk fans and free speech supporters who would lose confidence in Apple as a consumer-friendly company, once and for all.
With these shots across the bow, Elon Musk is reminding Apple and its woke hierarchy of corporate dorks what’s at stake. Expect Elon and Apple to settle into an uneasy truce with Apple making some noise, but continuing to allow Twitter in the App Store.
