If professional “conservatives” weren’t such a weak and irrelevant lot, their hypocrisy would have to be included as one of the fundamental forces of physics. It is both disturbing and amusing, though not at all surprising to see many so-called conservatives flaunt their opposition to so-called “cancel culture”—even as they do everything in their power to “cancel” more effective and successful competitors for being politically incorrect.
Eric Nelson is the latest of many such examples—an editor of a conservative press weighs in to cancel Trump-adjacent journalist and media-personality Jack Posobiec.
This is exactly why I won’t publish a book by anyone who retweets Jack Posobiec. (I’ve tweeted this rule before, but it seems wiser every day.) https://t.co/UiP3Pl7WHo

Nelson is is the editor of Broadside books, the conservative imprint for Harper Collins. Broadside’s authors include Rich Lowry, Tomi Lahren, Clay Travis, Lou Dobbs, and Charlie Kirk.
Funnily enough, all have retweeted or interacted with Posobiec.
Here’s Broadside author Tomi Lahren, retweeting another Broadside author Clay Travis’s retweet of Posobiec.
Here’s Lou Dobbs, a favorite and long-time friend and confidante of President Trump, retweeting Posobiec:
Even National Review editor Rich Lowry isn’t as cowardly as Nelson:
Perhaps instead of canceling “controversial” people at the behest of the left-wing mob, we should cancel weak, conventional mediocrities like Nelson.
Trump’s vision of America is delusional. America currently has more licensed yoga teachers than coal industry employees.

UPDATE: In a hilarious turn, it looks like Broadside Books actually follows Jack Posobiec on Twitter.
