When there is a racial attack on a white American, prosecutors seem to be far slower to act. The mob doesn’t care about these incidents, so there is no pressure for the authorities to act. One would hope, perhaps naively, that the authorities would act out of a sense of honor and duty.

Charges were filed Friday in the attack of a Macy’s employee at the Genesee Valley Center in Flint Township last week.

Video of the incident circulated social media for nearly two weeks.

Friday afternoon, the Genesee County Prosecutor charged 18-year-old Damire Palmer with assault to do great bodily harm less than murder, a 10-year felony.

Flint Township Police have been looking for Palmer and his brother in connection to the case since it happened June 15th. [ABC 12]
