Joe Biden dropping out of the presidential race was a very big deal. It’s an even bigger deal if you’re his VP or the husband of his VP, right? Well, you’d think so, but for Doug Emhoff, it was a pretty uneventful moment. As a matter of fact, he had no idea it happened, and as a result, rumors and speculation are swirling around Kamala’s elusive hubby and what he is really up to.

The internet is convinced that Mr. Emhoff is more of a “fixture” for Kamala than a real husband. Rumors that he’s gay are everywhere, and his complete “space out” during the biggest announcement of his wife’s career hasn’t helped matters. Doug told a group of LGBTQ folks, known as “Black and Gay Queer Men for Harris,” that he was “caught by surprise” when the news broke. At the time of Joe’s rather bizarre announcement on Twitter, Doug was working out and hanging with his gay friends in West Hollywood, unaware until people started approaching him to relay the big news.

Doug appears to be the head spokesperson for Kamala’s gay outreach efforts.

It’s interesting that nobody on his team or security detail had access to a phone. It also sounds like Kamala not only had no idea where her husband was but was pretty peeved that he was unreachable.

Doug Emhoff has described being caught by surprise by the timing of Joe Biden’s announcement last Sunday that he was dropping out of his re-election campaign, telling an LGBTQ+ fundraiser that he was in an exercise class in Los Angeles when he heard the news.

Emhoff, 59, the husband of US vice-president Kamala Harris, explained to attendees on a fundraising call organized by a group called Black Gay and Queer Men for Harris that he was with “a gay couple friend” having “coffee, messing around and talking” when people started coming up to them.

He recalled his friend’s partner showing him his phone with news notifications and saying: “Um, you need to look at this.’”

“Of course I didn’t have my phone, so I ran and ran and got into our car, and of course my phone is just on fire, and it’s basically, ‘Call Kamala,’ ‘Call Kamala,’ ‘Call Kamala,’ from everyone,” Emhoff continued, according to the LA Times. “And of course, the first thing she said was, ‘Where the … were you? I need you.’”

Who is Doug Emhoff, anyway? Well, he’s a Jewish entertainment lawyer. The Guardian piece goes on:

Emhoff, an entertainment business litigation lawyer by trade, who is Jewish, is engaged in a Biden administration antisemitism task force to combat what he was called an “epidemic of hate” in the US.

He added he’d had a “whirlwind” of a week after receiving the news.

“We’ve just been hustling; I’ve barely even seen her or talked to her since this all happened,” he told the outlet.

The fact that Doug is so far removed from the situation, claiming he hasn’t even spoken to his wife since all of this happened, has only fueled more rumors.

Independent reporter Emerald Robinson vocalized what many are thinking, and her post has gone mega-viral, earning nearly 2 million eyeballs at the time of publication.

There’s no doubt that Doug’s life will become much more of a focus as Kamala’s 2024 campaign heats up. His parenting skills may also come into play, as his daughter Ella is a radical left-wing/trans activist and gender-free “model.”

Promoting Harris will only intensify this madness and further erode common sense.

Promoting perverted and dangerous policies seems to run in the family. After all, Kamala Harris is known not only for endorsing a radical bail fund that released violent “Summer of Love” rioters, sex offenders, and even murderers back onto the streets, but she also supported the failed and dangerous “Defund the Police’ movement.”
