You probably already know that the justice systems in liberal strongholds like New York and DC have become breeding grounds for injustice, political hit jobs, and excessive punishments, especially if you’re seen as a political dissident. We’ve watched this unfold with the J6 political prisoners, President Trump, and Douglass Mackey, the young man who was tried and convicted in a New York City courtroom for “conspiracy,” all because he shared an anti-Hillary meme online.

There are countless stories of J6 political prisoners who’ve been mistreated and abused by the US justice system, and sadly, we’ve got another one to add to the list. This time, it involves conservative watchdog Brent Bozell’s son, Leo, who’s getting the “communist” treatment from Biden’s so-called justice department. Leo Brent Bozell was at the Capitol on January 6th, fired up and in the thick of it. Yes, he might have gotten a bit rowdy, but that doesn’t make him an insurrectionist or a domestic terrorist.

He was just sentenced for his role in the melee, and as you might guess, they threw the book at him—likely because his dad is a well-known Trump supporter. Brent Bozell is a successful conservative activist and writer. He also founded the Media Research Center, which is known for calling out liberal media bias and fake news. Understandably, he’s outraged over what’s happening to his son and has taken to X to share Leo’s story.

Brent Bozell:

I truly believe Judge John Bates is a fair judge, and a good man, but today’s judgment against my son is a complete travesty. In 2020, America was in flames as Antifa and BLM set fire to city after city – Seattle, Minneapolis, Portland, New York, St. Louis, Los Angeles, Washington DC, and so many more. Police stations were torched, and dozens of officers were injured as all manner of projectiles, from rocks to Molotov cocktails, were hurled at them. Dozens of people died. The damage was estimated at over $1.2 billion – the highest in history. And yet there was no outrage from the Justice Department. Instead, silence. Tens of thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands of crimes will never be prosecuted. In New York, the city is paying rioters $13 million for arresting them.

My son, like tens of millions of other Americans, believed the 2020 presidential election had been stolen. He does not belong to any political organization. His only organized involvement in the 2020 elections was with a local church group that met daily to pray the rosary for America. But on January 6 he entered the Capitol after breaking two windows (cost: under $3 thousand). He accepted responsibility for those offenses, as well as other minor ancillary charges. But when he would not plead guilty to the charge of obstruction – as unconstitutional a charge as there ever was, and one which is about to be tossed out by the Supreme Court – the Biden Justice Department unloaded. Two and a half years after he was charged, on the eve of his trial, suddenly the “Justice” Department found he’d “assaulted” a policeman when his body possibly momentarily brushed the officer. For this, my son has now been sentenced to 45 months in prison.

But that is not all. After his conviction the “Justice” Department tried relentlessly but unsuccessfully to pin a terrorism enhancement charge on him, thus equating my son, whose most serious crime ever was a traffic offense, to Osama bin Laden.

This was not a pursuit of justice by a prosecution governed by principle. In Biden’s America, justice has no home if you are on the right. This was a political prosecution because my son, Leo Brent Bozell IV carries his father’s name, and his father is a known conservative leader who is supporting President Trump in 2024. This is just one more way the Biden administration is trying to shut down the conservative movement in America. But in this case, they failed. I love my son and will be more outspoken than ever. The criminal investigation into this corrupt Justice Department is long overdue.

And speaking of weaponization, another unjust case that’s very similar to J6 is the Whitmer kidnapping hoax, which, as we speak, is falling apart at the seams. We recently covered this story and how that event, much like J6, was crawling with federal agents.

The Whitmer “kidnapping plot,” “fednapping,” or “hoax,” as it’s more commonly called, is likely one of the biggest entrapment cases the FBI ever staged, aside from January 6. The two plots are intricately connected and part of the same regime scheme to paint Trump supporters as domestic terrorists. However, when news broke about this “kidnapping plot,” Revolver News could smell a rat. We were ahead of the curve, being among the very first to connect the dots between the Michigan Kidnapping Plot and the January 6th Fedsurrection. Our groundbreaking article from three years ago sounded the alarm about possible federal involvement on January 6th, using the Michigan fiasco as a prime example.

After all, you literally can’t ignore the similarities. The Michigan scheme also had plans to storm the State Capitol. The plot centered around the “Three Percenters,” a militia group with strong ties to January 6th. And just like J6, the Michigan plot was also swarming with feds and informants—actually, out of the fourteen people involved, at least five of them were FBI agents or informants.

Revolver’s investigative work exposing the Whitmer hoax led us to publish a recent article detailing how deeply involved the agents and informants were in aggressively plotting the moves. They were like producers and directors, feverishly orchestrating a scripted play.

Entrapment and over-the-top punishments that don’t fit the crime simply aren’t the American way, nor do they represent any form of real justice. It’s immoral, unjust, and frankly, it’s anti-American to the core. And that’s exactly why Brent really hit the nail on the head with this line: “In Biden’s America, justice has no home if you’re on the right.” It’s alarming, but true—the US is starting to feel eerily similar to places like North Korea, Russia, and Iran, where political dissent is not just frowned upon but actively punished. Here, any conservative outrage, no matter how minor or innocuous, is quickly escalated into a narrative of “domestic terrorism.” Yet, when left-wingers literally set cities ablaze, intimidate and assault innocent Americans, and cause massive destruction, they’re treated like angsty teens acting out for a “good reason.” Remember the chaos after George Floyd’s death? The media practically handed out free passes for the riots, painting them as a justified response to injustice. Meanwhile, Americans outraged over an election many believe was rigged aren’t afforded the same understanding.

And if you need another example of this double standard, just look at this video from President Trump’s inauguration. There was little to no outrage over that, but breaking a window at the Capitol is an Osama bin Laden-worthy offense.
